Progesterone Cream counters Vitamin B Deficiency caused by Estrogen Dominance
Progesterone Cream opposes Estrogen Dominance. Estrogen Dominance causes a
Vitamin B deficiency. A Vitamin B deficiency may cause a neuropathy or nerve disease.
The neuropathy in its extreme may manifest as a Restless Leg Syndrome. A neuropathy
may feel like a burning sensation or a creepy crawling feeling on the legs.

Cervical dysplasia may also be provoked by a folic acid deficiency. Folic
acid is one of the Vitamin B's. John Lee, MD recommends taking progesterone cream
for cervical dysplasia in addition to taking progesterone cream.
I usually advise my patients to take progesterone cream to oppose the effect
of Estrogen Dominance, and also to avoid xenoestrogens. I tell women to take
a Vitamin B-100 in the morning. A Vitamin B-100 is a Vitamin pill that has
a wide spectrum of all the different kinds of B vitamins. If you take Vitamin B just before you sleep
this results in vivid dreams. Vitamin B is water soluble, so you can easily
overdose on it, and it is fine; it just washes out in the urine. The "creepy crawling" or burning sensation on the legs should get better with Vitamin B after several months to a year depending on the severity of the neuropathy.
Estrogen Dominance also causes high copper levels which causes mood swings.
Taking progesterone cream and avoiding xenoestrognens eventually will lead to
lower normal copper levels after several months. And the mood swings should become a thing of the
past as well.
